Flexible containers (Big-Bags)
The flexible container (big-bag) is a bag of large size and carrying capacity, with a loop and stropes. It is used for the storage and transportation of dry bulk materials such as cement, sand, various mixtures, fertilizers, granulated plastic and others. Flexible containers can be made of the following modifications:
- Type of container:
FCS – the flexible container of single use; •
RFC – reusable flexible container;
- Number of stropes:
- One strope;
- Two stropes;
- Four stropes, which are a continuation of the base (walls) of the container, made of the same material as the base;
- Four belt-lifting slings (straps) sewn to the container walls made of finishing tape parts;
- Multistropes
3. Depending on the material used and the number of layers of the coat:
- single-layer polypropylene sleeve fabric;
- two-layer polypropylene sleeve fabric;
- single-layer polypropylene, polyethylene laminated fabric;
- polypropylene two-layer linen fabric;
- polypropylene two-layer linen fabric;
- single-layer polypropylene light-stabilized fabric;
- two-layer polypropylene light-stabilized fabric;
- single-layer polypropylene fabric (does not support combustion);
- two-layer polypropylene fabric (does not support combustion);
- By type of liner:
- food liner – used in the food industry, which means direct contact of food products with the liner;
- technical liner – has a wider range of use in the chemical sector, industrial, agricultural, etc. The requirements for this liner are significantly lower, therefore, to reduce the cost, can be made with a slight addition of secondary polymers;
- suspended polyethylene liner – has an already formed hole;
- antistatic liner – provides reduction of risks and the possibility of static stress formation;
- heat-resistant liner – provides increased resistance to high temperatures from 120 ° C to 200 ° C;
